Keith Witter, Attorney
Fiduciary Solutions was established in 2010 for clients of Keith Witter who were unable to care for themselves and did not have family members who were able to provide necessary services for them. Keith was able to provide services for these clients to maintain a safe and dignified environment for them.
These fiduciary services have since evolved to provide these services at the request of other attorneys, accountants, and investment advisors who had clients in similar situations when family members were unable to provide them.
Keith Witter
Keith Witter, founder of Fiduciary Service, LLC, is a graduate from the University of Minnesota Law School and Gustavus Adolphus College. He has been an attorney licensed in Minnesota and Florida since 1973. Prior to practicing law he was an accountant for two years with Arthur Anderson & Co., a national CPA firm.
In 1984 he formed an investment advisory firm, FFP Investment Advisors, providing investment advise to clients until 2011, when he decided to focus on the practice of law for his clients. In addition, he assisted in the formation of the Stablish Foundation in 1973, a community 501 (3)organized which provided assistance to his clients in charitable giving. He continues to service as the Chairman of the Board
